In addition to delivering healthcare professionals to the communities where they’re needed most, we give back by donating thousands of volunteer hours each year to local nonprofits and participating in humanitarian efforts.

We make it easy to contribute.
Each year, our people get up to 16 hours of individual volunteer time off and unlimited hours for volunteering with their teams. And we host exciting fundraisers, like our annual Making a Difference Week, to raise money for nonprofit organizations close to our hearts.
The Making a Difference Foundation
Our foundation was created to ignite and support the passions of medical providers and CHG Healthcare employees to give back in their communities around the world. From medical missions in Thailand to targeted grants for initiatives closer to home, the idea is that every person can create a ripple effect of positive change in the world.
